1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Pink Fairy Tarot's spiritual guidance and tarot reading services. By booking a session, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
2. Services
Pink Fairy Tarot offers tarot readings and spiritual guidance sessions delivered online or over the phone. Session details — including duration, format and pricing — are described on the Services section of the website and confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Payment
Sessions are booked by contacting Pink Fairy Tarot via the contact form, email or telephone. Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund at Pink Fairy's discretion. No-shows without notice forfeit the session fee.
5. Conduct
Sessions are conducted in a safe, respectful and non-judgemental space. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Fairy Tarot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.
7. Privacy
Personal information shared during bookings and sessions is handled with care and confidentiality. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For more details, please contact us directly.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your session.
